Thhis incredibly aromatic finger lime salt has all the lime-ish aroma of the Finger Limes and gives a unique twist to whatever touches. Finger Limes are among the most loved Australian native fruits for the tasty and juicy-popping pearls inside.
Packed with many natural benefits, including Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Folate, and Potassium is the ultimate superfood. We grow our Finger Limes in Victoria, hand-harvest them and slowly dehydrate them to retain all beneficial nutrients in them. You can use this salt in many ways, including marinating your chicken, seasoning your salad or topping off a unique dessert.
This product comes in a glass jar with a net weight of 150g. The jar can be reused or recycled to help reduce waste.

Fantastic salt rub for fish. Fillets of Barramundi on a barbecue come up superbly as do Snapper and Salmon fillets on barbecue (King Salmon) or in the oven (Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon).
