All of our products are available for local delivery within metropolitan Melbourne. Delivery fees are automatically calculated based on the travel distance from our warehouse in Epping VIC 3076 at checkout. All our orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days and shipped via Sendle, who are partnered with various third-party couriers such as Fastway and DHL across Australia. Once dispatched, the estimated shipping times are as below:

Due to the nature of our live and edible products, there are some restrictions to shipping depending on the types of products and regions. Please read below for more information.
All tube stocks and trees below the height of 100cm (including the pot) are available for postage to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD and SA. We are currently working on making larger custom shipping boxes available so that we can ship trees of all sizes in the near future. We apologise we cannot ship live trees to WA, TAS and NT due to the current import restrictions.
Please be informed most of our fruits are stored frozen and best suited to be delivered locally within metropolitan Melbourne to ensure our customers receive the products in the best condition possible. We use partially-recyclable thermal packaging that keeps the fruits frozen while being transported, anywhere between 3 to 48 hours depending on the weather and outside temperatures. Fruits are available for postage to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA and TAS, using cargo or a special courier.
