Native Pepperberry & Juniper Salt

This salts features two of our favourite produces to work with. We have created this salt after been inspired by one of the Gin distilleries we supply. Tasmanian Mountain Pepperberries have a unique bold and Sichuan pepper like flavour while Juniper leaves a nice aroma. Use this salt to finish and seasoning your dishes. This can be used also in cocktails and beverages to add a touch of salt and heat.

This product comes in a glass jar with a net weight of 150g. Re-use or recycle the jar accordingly.
