Rosella Flakes

Rosella is one of the most well known edible flowers growing all around Australia even though is not native to it. Rosella is believed to be originally from Sri Lanka, but being grown for thousands of years in Australia has developed unique characteristics unique to here. The flower petals are edible and have a tart-sweet flavour and packed with vitamin-C. Our Rosella comes in dry flakes making it a staple for any baked good recipes, teas and drinks in general.
