Lemon Aspen is a beautiful Australian Native fruit that is originally from Northern Queensland. The fruit its also known as rainforest lemon as the colour and taste are somehow similar to the citrus.

Lemon Aspen has an incredible spiced citrus aroma and taste in between a lime and grapefruit. This fruit has an intense citrus flavour with herbal tones that will give an easy twist to your dishes. Try it in your salads, seafood or in a simple sauce. 

Lemon aspen has higher antioxidant capacity than blueberries and is a very good source of folate, zinc and iron.
