Finger Lime Frozen Skins

Frozen Finger Lime skins are perfect for making oils and infusions. Leftover from the extraction of pearls, these skins are flash-frozen to lock in all the essential oils and aromas. These Finger Lime Skins can come in multiple colours depending on what we have in stock at the moment. Dehydrate the skins or powder them to enhance your dishes with a new flavour. Skins can be cooked straight from frozen if infusing or adding to sauces and jams.
