Frozen mixed Finger Limes, including some of the most colourful favourites of all time, create a unique experience. Perfect on fish, carpaccio, Crudo, salads, desserts, cocktails and so on. This Finger Lime fruits have been all hand-picked and selected as our first grade.
Finger lime fruit resembles a large Finger varying in both colour and size depending on the variety. This fruit is filled with small pearls referred to as Citrus Caviar. This Caviar comes in around five colours and holds both strong, sweet and citrus notes that vary between varieties. (Caviar can be bought separately and frozen with seeds removed)
Fruits come vacuum-packed and ready to be used. We advise keeping them frozen just before you need them. Once opened vacuum seal them again and keep them frozen.
This product comes in 500g or 1kg Vacuum sealed bags.

If you choose shipping as a delivery method, we are not responsible for any delay occurred with third-party services.
