Finger Lime Fruits Fresh

Finger lime fruit resembles a large Finger varying in both colour and size depending on the variety. This fruit is filled with small pearls referred to as Citrus Caviar. This Caviar comes in around five colours and holds both strong, sweet and citrus notes that vary between varieties. (Caviar can be bought separately and frozen with seeds removed) These fresh fruit will be picked between our harvesting season in Victoria weekly (weather depending) and sold the same week. Colour of fruit will depend on what we are harvesting at the time of sale. If you would like to know the colour or variety name before purchasing, please contact us. 

Fruits come in a box and ready to be used. We advise keeping only the amount needed in the fridge and use it as soon as possible due to the short shelf-life. The rest can be kept frozen and used when needed.

This product comes in 125g, 500g or 1kg Vacuum sealed bags and/or box.
