This Davidson’s Plum Maldon Salt is part of our new range of gourmet salts. Davidson’s Plum is a unique Australian native fruit that originates between South QLD and North NSW. This fruit has a fantastic purple-to-blue flesh colour, and it’s particularly tart.
The tartness of this native Plum has lots of different uses, from savoury dishes to sweet ones, from cocktails to morning tea.
This product comes in a 200ml glass bottle. Keep refrigerated always and consume within 30 days from opening. The bottle can also be re-used and recycled to help reduce waste.
