Blood Lime is a unique cross hybrid between a Red Finger Lime and an Ellendale Mandarin. These bright red fruits have segments like a Mandarin instead of individual pearls like a Finger Lime.
Blood Lime has a sweet but tart, rounded flavour with a bold citrus aroma, perfect to be paired with raw and cooked seafood or for an explosion of flavour on a sweet dessert.
All our Blood Limes are whole and frozen.
